I’ve ordered twice now, and both times I was really happy with the roots. They came in strong and white, not mushy or weird at all, which is always the thing I kind of worry about when ordering plants online. The plant settled in quickly too, so yeah, overall it just felt like it arrived in good shape and didn’t need a bunch of fussing over

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me way faster than I expected. The person I talked to was really nice and made everything simple. If this one experience is anything to go by, their customer support seems solid overall.

"Helpful with my refund"
One of my plants showed up looking rough, so I reached out by email. They got back to me quickly and offered either a replacement or a refund. I went with the replacement, which took a little while to arrive, but it showed up in good shape. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I do feel like they handled it fairly

"Plants were true to size"
I ordered a couple of plants from stevesleaves.com and they were pretty much the size they listed on the site. One was maybe a little smaller than I had pictured, but not by much. The leaves looked healthy and the roots seemed good too. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and would probably order again. I just wish the photos showed the scale a bit better so it’s easier to know exactly what to expect.

Steve’s Leaves care info was actually useful. Not just the usual “bright indirect light” line. I liked that.
A few pages felt a little thin though. I wanted more on winter watering and humidity. Had to google one plant.
Still, it helped. I felt less confused after ordering. Not perfect, but better than most plant sites...

"Plants arrived in really nice shape"
I was a little surprised by how good the plants looked when they got here. The leaves were healthy, the soil stayed put, and nothing was crushed or messy. One leaf had a small bend, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, happy with how everything turned out.

I ordered from Steve’s Leaves and everything showed up exactly right. The plant names and quantities all matched my order, with no mix-ups at all. I’ve had issues with other plant shops sending the wrong variety or shorting the order, so this was refreshing. It sounds simple, but getting exactly what I paid for matters to me. I’d definitely order again.

"My go-to spot for harder-to-find plants"
I’ve ordered from Steve’s Leaves a few times now, mostly because they seem to carry plants I don’t always see at the usual places. I’ll randomly check their site now and then since the stock changes often, and every so often I find something I’ve been looking for. My most recent order showed up healthy and was packed well, so I was relieved when I opened the box. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience and will probably keep checking back.

"Photos looked better than what I got"
I ordered from Steve’s Leaves because the product photo made the plant look so full and colorful, but the one I got didn’t really look the same. It was alive and seemed okay, just a lot smaller and not nearly as bright as I was expecting.
I get that every plant’s gonna be a little different, but the picture definitely made me think I’d be getting something nicer. Shipping was fine, but i was kinda disappointed when I opened the box.

"Shipping was seriously fast"
I ordered a plant Monday night, and by the next morning it was already on the move. The tracking updated quickly too, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it ended up or anything.
It got here way sooner than I expected, packed well enough, and there was no hassle at all. compared to some other places I’ve ordered from... yeah, this was a great experience. 5 stars from me.

"Solid plants, especially for the price"
I picked up a few plants from Steve’s Leaves and overall I was happy with them. I tend to notice patterns with plant orders quickly, and these all had the same general sign of being well cared for: good color, decent roots, and no weird surprises. The prices felt fair too, which is always a plus. Shipping was fine, not amazing but not bad, and one leaf showed up a little bent. that didn’t bother me much since the rest of the plant looked healthy.

Everything was easy to find, my cart updated like it should, and the payment went through without any random errors. I also appreciated that the shipping cost was shown clearly before I paid.

"The site was easy enough to get..."
The site was easy enough to get around, like finding what I needed, adding it to my cart, checking details, and moving between pages without getting confused. The only thing was checkout took a little longer than I expected, kind of like when a page pauses for a second, or you have to double-check shipping, or you’re waiting for the payment step to go through. Nothing terrible, just a bit slower than the rest of the experience.

"Not a ton to choose from when I checked"
I was a little disappointed when I looked through Steve’s Leaves. A lot of the plants I was hoping to find either weren’t there or looked sold out, and the selection just felt kind of small, small compared to what I expected.
Maybe I just happened to check at the wrong time, but I had a hard time finding anything really different or exciting. Next time I’ll probably browse a few other shops first, just to see what else is out there.
